Return and Refund Terms

At Simyland, you have the right to return most items within 14 days from the date of delivery to receive a full refund. Replacement items are not included in this 14‑day return window. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unused, unwashed, with all tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To start a return, please contact us at simyland.com@gmail.com. Once your request is approved, we will send you instructions for returning the item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. The return must be shipped within 14 days from the delivery date. Unless otherwise agreed, you are responsible for all return shipping costs, including customs duties and taxes.

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at simyland.com@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include a description of the issue along with clear photos. We will either send you a free replacement or, if preferred, initiate a refund. Claims made after 14 days or returns made without approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, please follow the standard return process and place a new order once your return is approved. You will be responsible for the shipping costs unless otherwise arranged.

EU 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Right

If you are a customer located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without needing to provide a reason. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, with all components and proof of purchase. Please contact us at simyland.com@gmail.com to begin the return process and ensure the item is shipped back within 14 days. Returns outside this timeframe will not be accepted.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 3 hours of placing it. After this window, it may not be possible to make changes if the order has already been processed or shipped. If the order cannot be cancelled in time, you may still return it according to our refund policy.

Unclaimed or Undeliverable Packages

If your order is returned to us because it was not claimed or delivered, we will issue a 50% refund of the product value, provided you contact us within 14 days from when the package is returned to us. Shipping fees are not refundable.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If you enter an incorrect address and the package is lost or undeliverable, the order will be considered fulfilled and no refund will be issued. Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your purchase.

Promotional Items

If your order included a free promotional item, it must be returned with the main product in order to receive a full refund. If the promotional item is kept, its value will be deducted from your refund.

Processing Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days and issued to your original payment method. Please note that additional time may be required by your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction. If you do not receive your refund after 14 days from approval, please contact us at simyland.com@gmail.com.

Replacement‑Related Restrictions

If we send you a free replacement, neither the original nor the replacement will be eligible for return or refund—unless the replacement is defective or incorrect, in which case we will provide another at no cost.

Non‑Compliant Returns

Returns that do not meet the conditions above—such as being outside the return window, incomplete, worn, or without prior approval—will not qualify for a refund. We are not obligated to return these items to you unless you request it and agree to pay for the return shipping. If a return is lost or not delivered due to incorrect addressing, Simyland is not responsible for the loss or a refund.
